Today's post , we will be introducing you to B&A 1month after Natural Adhesion DES . 

The case i will show you today is a case where eye muscle is weak , which covered the exposure of the pupils and a case under eyes are dark and shadowy due to the protruded eyebags which resulted to under eye-bag fat reposition surgery. 

This patient had a quite amount of fats on upper eyelid , and through natural adhesion , ptosis correction and under eye-bag fat reposition surgery , not only did the patient corrected ptosis , but also got a clear double eyelid line.

1 WEEK after surgery

This is a photo of the first week after surgery. 

There are still some swelling around the eyes and under , keep the small tape which is DuoDerm attached to the area where fat reposition surgery was performed for about a week and remove it . 

Swelling and bruising vary for individual , and major swelling may occur for about 1 ~ 2 weeks . 

By removing / repositioning the fats under the eyes at the same time, it will relieve the dark circles and brighter impression can be achieved. 

This surgery can only be effective if they are performed by an experienced plastic surgeon.
